Bluefire/Overdrive iOS bookmarklet v 1.5

Hopefully, this version will:

1) Work better with the “mobile” version of Overdrive websites which (in Oregon, at least) seems to now display by default on the iPad.

2) Work better with some library sites where pages are formatted a little differently from Oregon (the only system with which I can test!)
